Management Team

Penny Munn, Executive Director

Penny Munn is a woman who brings life and energy to the senior housing industry. Having more than 22 years experience in senior living, she boasts an extensive list of accomplishments, and has developed an intimate understanding of the senior market and its challenges. Munn brings with her a distinctive brand of vibrancy and dedication to broaden and execute processes, thus returning personality to a personal business.

Penny has a degree in nursing and holds a RCF Administrator license. Penny’s passion for her chosen profession is evidenced by her devotion to the senior population with a background which includes three years as Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility, four years as an Assisted Living Administrator, eleven years as an Independent and Assisting Living Regional Manager, and four years as a Full Service Resort Retirement Living Executive Director.

Penny’s true commitment to excellence, customer service, and an old fashioned “whatever it takes” management style, is what makes her stand out from the rest!

Chef Dave, Director of Food Services

Chef Dave has over 30 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. He worked for Hyatt Hotel Corporation for 8 years; where he got most of my training as a chef. Chef Dave joined Tenacre Foundation in 1990 as head chef and worked there for 15 years. Tenacre is a Christian Science religion with high senior population. As chef, he was responsible for all menu planning, ordering, staffing and special dietary events. He joined Acacia Springs in 2007 and is very excited to be part of the growing Acacia Springs community. When not at Acacia Springs, Chef Dave likes following his favorite sports teams, reading and traveling.

Cindi Porter, Marketing Director

Cindi has over 32 years of marketing and sales experience in a variety of industries, from weight loss to designer jewelry. She has been with Acacia Springs since its opening in 2004 and is excited to be a part of the growing community. In her spare time Cindi volunteers for the Senior Olympics, participates in church activities and spends time with her husband and two dogs.

Vicki Morales, Activities Director

Vicki Morales is the Director of Lifestyles and Activities for Acacia Springs. She loves working with the residents and enjoys all of the activities that keep them so very busy. She has been a resident of Las Vegas for the last 39 years. Her family is a major focus in her life, having 2 daughters and 2 grandsons that keep her very active. Some attributes she brings to Acacia Springs are the experience of owning her own business of 13 years in the insurance field, working for the labor division, and organizing schools and community in many events. She has the love of her family and support of many long time friends here in the valley. She loves anything outdoors which includes fishing, snow skiing, water skiing, camping, four wheeling, and watching her grandkids in any kind of sports.

Annie Liguori, Director of Concierge Services

Annie oversees the 24-hour concierge service at Acacia Springs. She organizes and maintains a variety of services and activity-related appointments for residents and guests. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, decorating and spending time with her family.

Margaret Wells, Business Office Manager

As Business Office Manager, Margaret Wells oversees financial operations at Acacia Springs and serves as the staff human resources coordinator. Margaret has a broad management background in both the financial services and healthcare industries, and prefers working with seniors. Over the years, Margaret has worked with nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent senior communities, and owned and operated a medical billing company for several years. An avid health and fitness enthusiast, Margaret enjoys listening to jazz, traveling and spending time with her fiancé.

Kevin Patterson, Maintenance Director

Kevin is responsible for facility and room upkeep as well as safety, ensuring that all resident and staff are comfortable and safe. He has a background in air conditioning and heating and enjoys utilizing his skills at Acacia Springs when the opportunity arises. He loves working at Acacia Springs because it gives him a chance to be helpful to the residents in many different ways.

Lisa Decker, Director of Housekeeping

Lisa oversees all housekeeping staff and serves as a liaison for residents and housekeepers. She also assists with concierge when needed. Lisa was hired by Chef Dave and worked as a food server for the last 6 months. She was recently promoted as Housekeeping Director by Penny Munn. She is excited about her new position, and loves Acacia Springs and all the Residents. Lisa spends her free time with her mom. Her hobbies are fishing, boating, swimming and going to the movies.
