Rates and Fees
Our rates give you the ability to choose the number of daily meals and monthly personal transportation miles that are included. Our apartment homes are available without any lease or buy-in fees. Please contact the community directly for a full listing of costs and amenities included.
Independent Living Basic
- One-bedroom apartment – starting at $1,825/month
- Two-bedroom apartment – starting at $3,300/month
Assisted Living Basic
- One-bedroom apartment – starting at $2,950/month
- Two-bedroom apartment – starting at $4,050/month
Services
The services that are available include:
- 3 meals per day
- Scheduled Activities and Social Programs
- Weekly housekeeping/linen service
- Scheduled transportation (within the current grid)
- All utilities (except phone)
- Use of all community common areas and amenities
- 24 hour emergency call light and response by care staff (Assisted Living only)
- 24 hour care staff on duty (Assisted Living only)
- Written plan of care and communication with personal physician (Assisted Living only)
- Routine safety/wellness checks (Assisted Living only)
Assisted Living residents will also have the option to pay for additional care services (such as grooming/dressing assistance, showering/bathing assistance, transfer assistance, medication assistance, etc) on an a la carte basis.
